Award shows are a familiar part of most event calendars, but for us they’re much more than that. They form a major part of our Event & Scenic division, sitting alongside corporate events and brand activations as one of the most consistent areas of work we support across the year.

We deliver dozens of award shows annually for agencies and clients who return again. These events take place in some of London’s best-known venues, including The Londoner, Grosvenor House, The Dorchester, InterContinental Park Lane and the Royal Lancaster. That venue knowledge allows us to work quickly, avoid complications on site and stay in sync with tight turnaround times.

Whether we’re managing the full delivery or working in partnership with your internal team, our focus remains the same. Get the show in, make it look right and hand it over on time.

Award Show Delivery at Scale, Week After Week

Award ceremonies follow a clear format, but that doesn’t mean they’re simple. Schedules are tight, access is restricted and there is no time to resolve issues once the room is live. What makes our delivery reliable is not just the equipment or the crew, it’s the frequency of work.

We deliver multiple shows each month, often at the same venue or for the same agency. That repetition reduces delays, improves planning and allows technical teams to work ahead. At venues such as Grosvenor House or The Royal Lancaster, we already understand the load-in, the power, the layout and the limitations. This saves hours before the first flight case even moves.

Scenic, Print and AV Delivered as One Package

Award shows bring together multiple technical elements, and when different suppliers are responsible for each part, problems can quickly build up. Scenic and print might not match, build times increase, and your team ends up solving issues that should have been handled before arriving on site.

We remove that pressure by managing scenic, print and AV delivery together. Sets are designed to match the technical specification, with LED surrounds, stage elements, control flats, treads, ramps and risers all planned and prepared as one. Graphics are applied to flats and panels before dispatch, with logos, colours and sponsor branding produced to exact sizes by our in-house print team. This reduces on-site friction and shortens the build window.

In recent deliveries, we’ve produced flattage walls for foyer branding, step-and-repeat backdrops, lectern logos, vinyl-wrapped treads and projection masking, all fitted directly into the scenic build.

Campaign Experience Awards, delivered including LED walls, flown truss, pre-built scenic and a full show control system.

Pre-Fitted, Pre-Tested, Ready to Build

Every system is prepped and tested at our facility. Projection and LED playback, audio and comms, lighting, camera channels and switching racks are checked and confirmed before being packed. Nothing arrives in pieces or is configured live.

This is how we deliver shows where load-in starts early and doors open the same day. Whether it’s a single projection blend, triple-wide screen, LED floor or wireless camera rig, we send it ready for the format, not just the venue. This helps reduce build time and ensures technical handovers are accurate.

For repeat shows, we can reference the previous spec and update only what’s changed or start a fresh.

Technical Production Built for Awards

Our technical delivery covers all areas of live award production. Every show includes a full switching system, audio control and engineered show power, scaled to the venue and schedule.

Recent deliveries have included:

  • Dual RZ21K projection, LED walls at 2.9mm and 3.9mm pitch
  • Full Barco E2 switching with EC-50 control and Gen 2 HDMI/12G I/O
  • Blackmagic URSA G2 fibre camera kits, HyperDeck playback and distribution
  • Dante-based audio systems with Yamaha QL5 and d&b Q-Series or D-Series PA
  • Shure Axient radio systems, DPA headsets, PSM IEMs and RTS or Freespeak comms

These systems are deployed with the same care, whether for a 200-seat media event or a 1,000-person flagship awards dinner.

Production That’s Broadcast-Ready

Our award show delivery is built to meet broadcast standards as standard. At the 2025 EFL Awards, we provided the full technical solution for the event’s first national broadcast, shown live on the EFL’s YouTube channel and carried by Sky Sports. As a trusted supplier, we delivered a fully prepared system designed to meet the expectations of both the client and broadcaster.

Our team handled all core systems, including multi-camera control, switching, audio, LED and playback. The setup included a 10-metre LED wall, Barco E2 Gen 2 switcher, URSA G2 cameras with CCUs, Dante-based audio with Axient wireless systems, and a 29-channel Bolero comms loop. Every signal path was tested in advance, with clear separation between in-room and broadcast feeds.

This approach reflects the way we work across all award shows. Systems are built to deliver reliably on site, on screen and under pressure.

Why Clients Return To Us Year After Year

We understand the format, the pressure and the expectations of an awards show. We know that agencies need space to manage client, host and presenter needs without worrying about what’s happening backstage.

Our process helps remove avoidable stress. We build the same way every time, test systems before dispatch and match crew to the job. You don’t need to explain why your LED needs to sit in front of the header. You don’t need to manage five suppliers to get the fascia to match the floor. You need a team that’s already thought about that, and already solved it.

That’s why the same names come back year on year.

Full technical delivery for the EFL Awards, broadcast live on Sky Sports and the EFL’s YouTube channel, using a system was designed to meet both in-room and broadcast standards.
