Rolling out AV across several offices requires structure, detailed planning and a delivery partner who understands how to keep everything moving while maintaining consistency from site to site.
Our team supported Just Eat with a large-scale AV rollout across multiple international offices, covering a wide mix of spaces. With over 400 systems delivered across 12 sites in Europe and Canada, we were involved from early design through to handover and support. Here’s what helped make the process predictable, repeatable and dependable.
Start with Standards That Can Be Repeated
A consistent AV experience starts with a clear set of standards. Without that, each site can drift in scope or design, and small changes quickly add up. By documenting the approach early, you give everyone involved something solid to work from.
We developed a detailed Playbook for the Just Eat programme. It included screen placements, furniture adjustments, cable containment, and layouts for power and data. This allowed each contractor and local team to follow the same direction, reducing errors and unnecessary variations.
Design coordination meetings and structured reviews kept progress steady and gave the client visibility at every step.
Build the Infrastructure Around the AV
Strong AV systems rely on the right build environment. Wall support, power placement, data access, and rack space all need attention early in the project. Leaving these decisions too late creates unnecessary rework.
During this rollout, our team worked closely with contractors and design teams to prepare each space. We joined weekly coordination meetings to make sure all infrastructure was ready ahead of delivery.
We also worked with the client’s IT team to ensure systems were correctly registered and connected, including Google Meet, IPTV, digital signage and audio platforms. That preparation helped avoid setup delays and supported a smooth handover.

Standardised meeting spaces featured Google Meet kits with touch panel control and in-table HDMI connectivity, delivering a consistent and easy-to-use experience across every site.
Keep Delivery in One Place
Using different suppliers for different sites might seem practical, but it often leads to inconsistent results and added complexity. A single delivery team makes it easier to manage progress, solve problems and maintain the same level of quality across every location.
We handled every part of the Just Eat rollout. That included system design, procurement, scheduling, on-site coordination and support. When supply delays affected Crestron NVX hardware, we adapted the installation plan without disrupting the overall schedule.
Our site managers worked directly with contractors, providing day-to-day coordination while keeping the client informed of progress.
Use the Right Systems for Each Room
No two rooms are the same, but the experience should still feel familiar. The systems used need to match the room’s purpose while being easy to use and support.
In Just Eat’s meeting rooms, we installed Google Meet Series One kits, along with dedicated touch panels for control. HDMI connections were installed into furniture, giving users direct access for presenting from their own devices.
Larger rooms were supported by Crestron NVX for AV-over-IP video routing and Dante/AES67 for audio. We used QSC DSPs to handle room control and audio routing, creating a consistent and straightforward user experience without the need for multiple panels.
Design Event Spaces to Suit the People Using Them
Flexible spaces such as boardrooms and event rooms need to support a range of uses. They should handle both in-person and remote sessions without needing constant adjustments.
We included presenter lecterns with HDMI inputs, linked to room displays and remote platforms. Each space was equipped with three to four cameras, along with lapel, handheld and lectern microphones, depending on the setup required.
These choices helped the client run presentations, training sessions and hybrid meetings with minimal setup time and reliable results.

BrightSign players with Appspace delivered internal messaging across key areas, supported by signage hardware tailored to each building layout and brand specification.
Support Office-Wide Communication and Audio
AV delivery doesn’t stop at meeting rooms. It also includes how people are welcomed, how messages are shared, and the quality of background audio across the building.
We used BrightSign players with Appspace for signage, providing consistent delivery across multiple office locations. In areas where budgets required it, we installed System-on-Chip displays as a cost-effective alternative. Audac NMP media players were used for music streaming via Soundtrack Your Brand, with the same QSC DSPs routing audio throughout the space.
This approach gave the client consistent systems across all offices, without making compromises where it mattered.
Keep Quality High with On-Site Management
Plans alone don’t guarantee results. Someone needs to make sure each site is delivered to the expected standard. That’s where site management makes the difference.
Our team placed project managers on site throughout the build. They monitored installation, worked closely with local trades and kept the delivery timeline on track. Regular updates gave the client confidence that each location was progressing as planned.
This hands-on involvement helped avoid delays, improve consistency and simplify handover.
We’ll Keep You on Track
Delivering AV across multiple locations doesn’t have to be complicated. With the right team, the right process and consistent communication, it becomes a structured rollout that works, site after site.
Our role is to handle that delivery in full, while keeping your internal team informed, in control and free to focus on the bigger picture. If you’re planning a multi-site AV rollout, and want every space delivered properly, we’re here to help.
