We deliver across a range of sectors, so we’re often asked if we can support a particular type of project or environment. The short answer is usually YES, and this article sets out to show how.

It covers where we work, what we deliver, and how we support clients through each stage. You’ll find real examples from our work in studios, offices, retail environments, museums, hotels, civic venues, and government buildings.

We’ve also outlined the systems we install, the teams we support, the services we offer beyond installation, and how clients can award work to us through compliant procurement routes.

If you’re planning a project and want to understand where we fit in, this is a good place to start.

Broadcast Media

AV is critical in broadcast. It underpins live output, supports production teams, and must run without failure. We’ve delivered systems into studios, control rooms, green screen spaces, and edit suites for major broadcasters.

At BBC Local Radio, we carried out phased refurbishments across multiple stations. This included displays, lighting, acoustic finishes, and managed transitions to avoid disrupting on-air schedules. For News UK, we delivered AV across Times Radio, Virgin Radio, and talkSPORT, working with fit-out teams and studio designers to match high-performance demands.

We’ve supported Global Media with studio upgrades at Leicester Square, and delivered podcast and production spaces for DMGT, including IP-based AV and video walls. At LBC Millbank, we provided a full AV setup within a listed site, using non-invasive methods that respected the building’s fabric while meeting technical expectations.

Corporate

Corporate AV must support communication across teams and locations. We deliver meeting room systems, boardroom upgrades, signage networks, and full-building control.

For Just Eat Takeaway, we installed over 400 systems across 12 international offices. The project was delivered using a centralised AV design standard, covering hybrid meeting rooms, building audio, and signage. At Sky, we installed displays, control systems, conferencing spaces, and a number of LED displays wall at their London campus.

We’ve also delivered boardroom and meeting space AV for Clifford Chance, Davis Polk, and GSA Capital. Alongside internal AV, we support building-wide digital signage, including exterior LED applications such as the London Stock Exchange Group’s ticker display, providing real-time visibility and dynamic messaging from the outside of the building.

Retail

Retail AV supports wayfinding, brand messaging, and customer interactions all within active trading environments.

We work with Nike across its UK stores, including the flagship Oxford Street and Glasgow stores redevelopments. These projects include large-scale LED, content-managed displays, and zoned audio.

We’ve also supplied LED installations for Uniqlo and New Balance, providing support across design, logistics, and installation. Every project is coordinated with store teams, visual merchandising leads, and other trades to meet opening targets.

Museums & Experiential

We install AV systems that support interpretation and storytelling, with control, audio, and playback designed for high use and long lifecycles.

At the V&A’s “CARS” exhibition, we supplied projection and audio systems across the space, including more than 20 projectors and 60+ speakers. For the Gucci Cosmos exhibition, we delivered LED walls, projection mapping, and hidden infrastructure, all designed for touring.

Other projects include immersive AV for Dinosaurs in the Wild and Pink Floyd’s global exhibition. At the Centre for Life in Newcastle, we installed a full AV system including touchscreen interactives, automated start-up, and remote diagnostics. The setup creates an immersive, space-themed environment where visitors can explore STEM content through hands-on displays and multimedia storytelling. The system is designed for public use throughout the day and runs independently without on-site technical support.

Hospitality

Hotels and hospitality spaces require AV that blends into the environment and is simple to control. From background audio to private cinema setups, our systems support comfort, flexibility, and ease of use.

At The Mayfair Hotel, we delivered AV across rooms, suites, restaurants, meeting spaces, and a screening room. This included Crestron control, invisible speakers, and Barco wireless presentation. At The Londoner, we supplied more than 300 networked Bose speakers across event areas, lounges, and the spa.

The Radisson Blu at New Providence Wharf uses AV installed by our team across the ballroom, gym, spa, restaurant, and nine meeting rooms. Staff operate the system via central control, with digital signage integrated into their management tools.

Venues & Event Spaces

We support public venues with AV systems that work for multiple layouts and user types. Systems are designed for flexibility and ease of use, whether run by technical teams or daily staff.

At the British Academy, we delivered an edge-blended projection wall, LED display, AV-over-IP system, and full control room. This gives their events team the ability to switch between room layouts and formats without external support.

For the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, we delivered a full refresh of the Mayhew Theatre. The system includes PTZ cameras, control processors, touch panels, and Microsoft Teams compatibility, all designed to operate within a secure network.

Government & Public Sector

Our team includes engineers cleared to Security Check (SC) level, allowing us to deliver AV within secure government environments. These include boardrooms, meeting spaces, presentation rooms, and public galleries.

At the Bank of England, we installed a complete boardroom AV system using Shure microphones, Q-Sys DSP, Microsoft Teams Room functionality, and an intuitive control interface. The system supports both secure internal meetings and hybrid operation.

At the FCDO’s Durbar Court, we installed column array loudspeakers, QSC DSP, and Dante audio networking. The project required a non-invasive setup approved by English Heritage. Audio coverage and control are matched to the changing needs of public events and internal functions.

DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home)

We install LED systems for outdoor advertising, public information, and branded environments. These projects require planning, structural coordination, and careful delivery.

For Wildstone, we delivered 28 LED screens across multiple UK locations. Our team managed structural surveys, access logistics, power, mounting, and post-install support. Each screen runs on a networked platform configured for content playback and remote monitoring.

Having fitted and managed the original orange LED ticker at Reuters in Canary Wharf, we’re still active in the area — now with this modern LED display installed around the London Stock Exchange Group building.

What We Deliver

Now that you’ve seen the sectors we predominantly work in, it’s worth shining a light on the systems and solutions we deliver in those spaces. While every project is different, the types of technology we supply, and the way we deliver it, remains consistent.

Displays, Signage and Visual Systems

We install LED video walls, digital signage, projection systems, and exterior digital displays for both permanent and temporary use. This includes touchscreen kiosks, interactive displays, digital menu boards, and media servers used across retail, public, and event spaces. Where needed, we support projection mapping and advanced lighting control for immersive or theatrical environments.

Audio and Control

Our audio systems include multi-room setups, sound reinforcement, integrated sound masking, audio-over-IP, and public address systems. These are paired with fully programmed control systems for simple operation, whether used by technical staff or everyday users. We also supply room scheduling panels and wireless presentation systems as standard in many workspaces.

Networks, Infrastructure and AV-over-IP

We deliver AV systems that work on secure or shared networks, depending on client needs. This includes full network infrastructure setup, AV-over-IP distribution, remote monitoring, and support for video conferencing and hybrid meetings across all major platforms.

Specialist Environments

We support boardrooms, meeting rooms, control rooms, auditoriums, theatres, broadcast studios, and exhibition spaces with tailored AV setups. We also build experiential installations for brand, culture, or visitor experience teams. Where required, we design and deliver soundscaping, acoustic treatment, and fully integrated lighting control.

Project Delivery and Lifecycle Support
We provide system design, project management, commissioning, decommissioning, and service agreements. That includes long-term maintenance, system upgrades, and direct access to our support team for troubleshooting or advice. We’re also listed on public procurement frameworks, offering compliant routes for award.

Event, Scenic & Print

We also support live shows, exhibitions, and branded environments. Our in-house Event & Scenic team delivers temporary AV, staging, and technical production. We run a full-service large format print production house, producing signage, hoardings, and graphics for retail, workplace, and event environments.

Compliant Routes To Award Us Work

Many clients require a compliant route when awarding AV contracts. We regularly win projects through competitive tenders and supplier frameworks, and are listed on two national frameworks.

Crown Commercial Service – RM6225

We are a listed supplier under this national DPS for AV Technical Consultancy & Commissioning. Buyers run a competitive process within the system to appoint us as a supplier.

Procurement Services Framework – AV Y24003

We’ve recently been awarded a place on this framework, which allows Direct Award. This gives clients a compliant route to engage Media Powerhouse without a full tender. It’s fast, compliant, and backed by national procurement standards.

We work directly with procurement teams to ensure paperwork, access, and delivery start quickly and cleanly.

Although our core work often involves large-scale corporate rollouts, projects like the Space Zone highlight our creative capability, delivering a fully immersive, educational environment designed for high public use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re planning a new project or reviewing an existing system, you may have a few practical questions. Here are some of the ones we’re asked most often and the answers that tend to help early on.

Are your systems compatible with our in-house team’s skill level?

Yes. We design systems around how they’ll be used. Whether it’s daily operation by non-technical staff or full control by an in-house AV or IT team, we’ll ensure the setup is easy to manage and supported properly.

Can we use our existing IT network for AV systems?

In many cases, yes. We design AV systems to work alongside or within your existing infrastructure where possible. We’ll always assess compatibility and advise on the best approach to keep things secure, stable, and supportable.

Are you available to work nationwide?

We work across the UK and support multi-site programmes as well as local installs. Whether you have a single site or a national footprint, we can deliver consistently wherever we’re needed.

Can you upgrade or fix systems you didn’t install?

Yes. We regularly take on support and upgrade work for existing systems, even if we weren’t the original installer. That includes fault finding, reprogramming, and component replacement.

Are your systems suitable for listed or heritage buildings?

They are. We’ve delivered AV into Grade I and II-listed buildings, museums, and civic venues. We use non-invasive methods and work closely with conservation officers and architects where needed.

Can you provide pricing early, even without a full spec?

We can. If you have a rough scope or a set of requirements, we’ll provide a budgetary quote to help with planning or approvals. Final pricing is always confirmed once the design is agreed.

Do you only work with big-name clients?

No. While we do support national and global brands, we also work with smaller organisations, independent teams, and local venues. Every project is managed with the same level of care.

Can you work in our sector? It’s a bit niche.

We’ve delivered AV across broadcast, government, retail, hospitality, education, and more. If your project has a physical space and a technical requirement, we’ll know how to support it.

We’re not sure what we need yet. Can we still get advice?

Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us early in their process. Whether you’re working from a rough idea or need help shaping a technical brief, we’ll offer straightforward advice.

We already have a main contractor or consultant. Can you still work with us?

Yes. We often deliver AV packages as part of larger projects. We support consultant-led designs and work under main contractors, providing the technical delivery and coordination needed to get the AV package completed properly.
